Winter environment of a woody field (nature conservation area) near to creek szilas in budapest. The permanent noise of m3 thruway is in background. Appears common buzzards (buteo buteo) and some tits (parus sp. ). Recorded with zoom h1. Absolutely free to use.

A short drum loop with a distinctive "low-fi" and "raw" feel. Could work well in a drum and bass or hip-hop project. Recorded live with a zoom h2n (line input from a soundboard).

Winter wind in the phone-lines alongside a disused railway, now a footpath. This was made on what used to be the platform of a station,now very overgrown. The station shut down sixty years ago. Short recording, faded in and out. Zoom h1 using on-board mics.

This sound is recorded with a h2 zoom and you could percieve the sound of openning and closing a wc door. You can perceive a closed space with resonances from some machine and where someone open a wc door and after a fews seconds door is closed.

A raven flying by overhead in a forest on gabriola island off the coast of bc. Some droney ambiance from steel mill across the water in nanaimo. As the raven flies overhead, it is remarkable how well the mic picked up the flapping of its wings. Recorded with a zoom h2.

People running the marathon. Other people cheering them up via clapping, children shouting, birds chirping, greek music to cheer the runners. It's a mix of all these sounds. Recorded via zoom h6, xy120.

Ambiance of chambers street, manhattan, nyc. Audio was recorded on the morning of 01/04/2021 with a zoom h4npro with on-board x-y microphone. Light vehicular traffic rolling over a street grate/manhole, plus light foot traffic. Pandemic era ambiance.

The urban ambience outside an apartment building on a sunny day, in dry conditions. You can hear birds singing, a distant traffic hum, a car horn sound and a plane passing overhead. Recorded by zoom h2n.

Audience applause, medium intensity. Recorded at a music performance. Mic: sennheiser ambeorecorder: zoom f8. Converted to b format using sennheiser ambeo a-b converter vst, then processed to stereo as wide cardioids at + and - 45 degrees using ambisonics toolkit (atk).

This is the ambient noise of a hotel room in the embassy suites in chicago, il. You will hear the general room noise (air conditioner, etc. ) as well as the city atmospherics outside the room (air brakes on trucks, horns honking, etc. ) recorded with the ever-trusty zoom h4n.

A normal sized orange balloon was blown up and then blown down by holding the bottom of the balloon very tightly so that minimum air can come out, resulting in the very high pitched screaming sound. A zoom h6 recorder was used, with the xy capsule, in a normal room.

About as quiet as you can get outside in hampshire. Distant voices, traffic and birdsong. Recorded in the gardens of the national motor museum, beaulieu, hampshire, uk. Zoom h5, customs mics, windshields and a gentle low cut of around 50hz.

Owl hooting: you can hear a very distinct owl sound created through foley by lowing air into folded hand. An almost glissando of pitch is present to create a realistic feel. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg. Great for a night-time scene and to fill up atmosphere an ambiences.

Description of collection :dji mavic mini 2 sounds. Recorded on a zoom h5 stock xy mic. No editing not even normalizing, just chopped up segments in audacity. I apologise some recordings may have footsteps sounds, and remote blips (maybe the latter is good and more authentic). Mic may have been places either pointing left-right, or up-down, or both pointing up. Microphone wasn't on the floor, but set on a bench. Recorded indoor. A hillside above the croatian coastal town of brela, in the afternoon, featuring crickets, some quiet background traffic, and nothing much more. These recordings were done during my recent vacation in brela, croatia, with a zoom h2 set at 90° diffusion.
